Quilt Intake Form:

Click HERE to download and print the quilt intake form, this will need to be filled out before your quilt is accepted.

Quilt Size:

To find your quilt size in square inches, measure the width and height in inches.  Example: 80 (width) x 100 (height) = 8000 square inches

Pricing:

Edge-to-Edge (E2E) all over design is $.02 per square inch.  Multiply the width and height of the quilt to get the square inches, multiply that total by $.02 and that is the base price for E2E quilting.  IE: 60x80 = 4800, then 4800x$.02 = $96

** $55 minimum for smaller quilts (like baby quilts) and $35 minimum for small quilted items (like table runners, wall hangings or placemats)

Batting:

I offer Hobbs 80/20 at @ 12.00 a yard or you can provide your own.

Backing:

Quilt backing must be at least 4-6 inches wider than the quilt top border on each side, top and bottom.

Quilting Designs: (some designs have examples, your cursor will change if the image is clickable)

Pictures and Social Media:

I LOVE taking pictures of the finished quilted top. I love to drive around looking for cool and beautiful backdrops especially for the purpose of taking neat shots of your gorgeous quilt.  I also like to share these quilt pictures on TheNightOwlQuilts Facebook and Instagram pages.  If that is NOT ok, please indicate that on your intake form!
